Gun Dog Outfitter appreciates your interest in making a purchase from our website. Our intent is to provide quality products and services at reasonable prices. In addition we want our customers to enjoy the experience each and every time they visit Gun Dog Outfitter.com. Our Terms and Conditions is one way to help make your transactions enjoyable. It outlines how we do business and provides information valuable to your buying experience. We want you to have this information “up front” not “after the fact”.
Gun Dog Outfitter is owned and operated by WCoyote LLC. The terms “you” and “your,” when used in these Terms and Conditions, mean any user of this Site, “we”, “us”, “our” and site refer to Gun Dog Outfitter.
Customers must be at least 18 years of age or have authority given by either a parent or guardian to make a purchase from Gun Dog Outfitter.
Additionally, any personal information you provide to us will be subject to our Privacy Policy.

Gun Dog Outfitter believes our road to success is governed entirely by how we serve our customers and the credibility we gain by providing an honest and real value to them. You will be able to buy from Gun Dog Outfitter with confidence knowing that if you are not satisfied with your order when it arrives it can returned with a full refund. No questions asked.
Orders
Every order that you place on our Site will be subject to acceptance in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
Once we have processed your order and your item has been shipped we will send you an email confirming that your order has been shipped and provide a tracking number if available.
We work hard to make sure all orders are processed smoothly and efficiently. In the real world of course there is going to be an occasional glitch. When this rare event occurs we at Gun Dog Outfitter will make the customer aware of the situation immediately and involve them in the decision making process to solve the problem.
We reserve the right to cancel any order and/or prevent access to the Site at any time, with or without cause.
Any discounts we offer are time limited and are dependent on product availability.
Order Cancellation or Changes
Once you place your order if wish to make changes or decide cancel the order please e-mail us at wells@gundogoutfitter.com or call 1-515-268-1878 as soon as possible. If the order has shipped changes can be accommodated via our return policy.
PAYMENT
We will take payment from PayPal and credit cards via PayPal when you place your order. You will have the option of choosing your payment method during checkout. If we are unable to supply the product that you have ordered, we will contact you by e-mail or phone, and your credit card/Paypal will be refunded immediately.
Errors and Inaccuracies
We work hard at Gun Dog Outfitter to prevent errors, but sometimes errors do occur. The information on the Site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after an order has been placed). Such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability.
SHIPPING POLICIES AND DELIVERY
Shipping and Handling
The majority of items shipped will be via USPS, at Gun Dog Outfitter’s discretion UPS and FedEx may also be utilized. Free shipping and handling charges listed on the Site apply to 50 US States and Puerto Rico only.
A tracking number will be forwarded to buyer when item has shipped.
Under normal circumstances orders are shipped within approximately 24 hours. On occasion there will be unforeseen situations i.e. weather, power outages, computer glitches,
vender glitches and carrier delays. Gun Dog Outfitter will work hard to keep the buyer informed should a delay occur.
RETURN POLICY
We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, please return your merchandise within 30 days for a full refund or exchange (please see exceptions below).
Returned products must be in new condition, must include all original parts, manuals and accessories, must be unused and must be returned in the original packaging.
Items returned should be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or packing slip showing total purchase price. Properly returned items will be refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable tax in the original payment.
Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless an error occurred on our part in the processing and shipping of your order.
After 30 days brand name optics, electronics and other manufacturer warranted products should be returned to the manufacturer.
If your item arrives damaged, please keep all boxes and packing materials and immediately e-mail Customer Service at wells@gundogoutfitter.com for further instructions. If we accept your return, once the item is returned and accepted we will apply your refund, less shipping and handling, to the original form of payment.
The following exceptions do apply:
CDs, videos and computer software may not be returned.
Return Procedure
Please e-mail a request to return to at wells@gundogoutfitter.com. Include Name, address, description and invoice number.
Once we respond to your request please repackage your item and return it to:

WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS
Products sold by Gun Dog Outfitter may be covered by manufacturer’s warranties. Where applicable, warranty information should be included with your product. THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. If you experience any product defects outside of our return period, please contact the product’s manufacturer. AMENDMENTS
We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be subject to the Terms of Conditions in force at the time you place your order with us.
